A new technological breakthrough in taping! UIW300 Ultrasonic Sealing System consists of motor control and ultrasonic power units.

The robust construction and unique software control make it suitable for all thermoplastic sealing application.

UIW300 Ultrasonic Sealing System does not need any cooling system and is able to operate in pro-long continuous operation mode.

A special frequency scanning software ensures a constant oscillation at sonotrode to produce a stable and realiable seal throughout the tape sealing process.

It is a retrofit kit adaptable to most Tape and Reel Machines

UIW300 Ultrasonic sealing depart from the traditional heat sealing which produce in-consistent or double sealing causes a very wide variation on peel back force.

The Ultrasonic sealing process gives consistent good peel-strength (without many parameters to control that make results not easily repeatable).

Ultrasonic Sealing is a :-

  • Cost-effective system that is easy to adjust ( only one or two parameters)
  • Good consistent peel-strength with less fluctuation than conventional thermal-seal systems.
  • Gives same good consistent, less variation peel-strength results regardless of type of cover-tape or carrier-tape used. Therefore more cost effective cover tape can be used.
  • Maintenance free. No residue accumulates under sealing shoe which affect the sealing result.
   

In-Tape Post Seal Inspection System

ATV-2000 In-Tape (Post-Seal) Inspection System is a state-of-the-art, high performance, high throughput system with automatic tape handling. Incorporated with I-CITE Nxt vision-based inspection, this system provides basic 2D lead inspection, Pin-1 and mark inspection of virtually any type of gull-wing package after sealing. With 100% good yield, the throughput can be as high as 20K per hour.
