| A new innovation, Ultrasonic Sealing departs from the traditional heat sealing, which produce inconsistent or double sealing and causes a very wide variation on peel back force. The Ultrasonic Sealing process gives consistent good peel-strength (without many parameters to control that make results not easily repeatable).
It is a :-
- Cost-effective system that is easy to adjust ( only one or two parameters)
- Good consistent peel-strength with less fluctuation than conventional thermal-seal systems.
- Gives same good consistent, less variation peel-strength results regardless of type of cover-tape or carrier-tape used. Therefore more cost effective cover tape can be used.
- Maintenance free. No residue accumulates under sealing shoe which affect the sealing result.
